I bought this service because the monitoring service I use to have for 10 years told me that I need to have a $350 update on my alarm system. After researching I noticed I didn?t need nothing new that I already have. I contact GeoArm and they check my system over the phone and told me I was ready to have Total Connect again without updating. Thanks guys
