The Honeywell VISTA 20P hybrid tri-path security system kit with an included 6160RF hardwired keypad and wireless receiver, Alula (internet, wifi and cellular Verizon LTE) alarm communicator which is perfect for small business and home security. The VISTA 20P is a high-capacity, feature-rich,48-zones hybrid control panel that delivers more value and triple path redundant communications for the end user.
The VISTA 20P comes with 8 on-board hardwired zones, up to 40 hardwired zones with expansion (8 on-board + 32 expansion = 40 total hardwired zones) and up to 40 wireless expansion zones (using the 6160RF keypad's wireless receiver). Also, the VISTA 20P supports up to 16 wireless keyfobs, up to 48 user codes and up to 32 schedules. With the VISTA 20P you can have remote programming capability and graphic keypad support. The VISTA 20P's installation advantages, innovative end-user benefits and robust system capacity make the value-priced security system an ideal choice for most home and business owners.
The VISTA 20P tri-path hybrid security system is backed by Honeywell's 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty and once upgraded with a Honeywell wireless alarm receiver is compatible with the full line of Honeywell 5800-Series wireless security products. When designing your system, keep in mind that the Honeywell VISTA 20P security system supports up to thirty-two (32) total zones with expansion modules but only supports twenty-two (22) hardwired zones with expansion. You should add the Honeywell 4219 hardwired 8-zone expansion modules if you want to add more than six (6) hardwired zones to your VISTA 20P security system.
This VISTA 20P security system kit comes equipped to send its alarm signals multiple internet or cellular networks. The Honeywell-Compatible Alula BAT-CONNECT-V tri-path alarm communicator sends your alarm signals over the primary internet/wifi communication paths, and if down, over the backup cellular Verizon LTE communication path to the GeoArm central monitoring station.
With an Alula universal alarm communicator in place, you would no longer need traditional phone service at the property to monitor your security system. The alternative communicator would also allow you to upgrade to GeoArm's Alula interactive alarm monitoring services. Once the Alula communicator is activated for monitoring you can receive important alerts, keep a close eye on your home and control your security system remotely via the internet and/or mobile devices you use each and every day.
