The VISTA 20P is a high capacity, feature-rich, 48-zones control panel that delivers more value to the DiYer. The VISTA 20P comes with 8 on-board hardwired zones (up to 15 with zone doubling), up to 40 hardwired zones with expansion (8 on-board zones + 32 expansion zones = 40 total hardwired zones), and up to 40 wireless expansion zones. Additionally, the VISTA 20P supports up to 16 wireless keyfobs, up to 48 user codes and up to 32 schedules. With the VISTA 20P you can have remote programming capability, add graphic keypad support and up to 2 partitions. The VISTA 20P's installation advantages, innovative end-user benefits and robust system capacity make the value-priced security system an ideal choice for higher-end DiY installations.
The VISTA 20P security system is backed by Honeywell's 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty and once upgraded with a Honeywell wireless alarm receiver is compatible with the full line of Honeywell 5800-Series wireless security products. GeoArm and Honeywell give you the options you need to fully customize your DiY home security system.
Honeywell's VISTA-20P gives you the ability to send alarm signals and upload/download via an Internet Protocol (IP), improving the speed at which information can be delivered to and from the control panel. In addition, the VISTA-20P, used with an AlarmNet® broadband internet communicator (7847i), cellular AT&T LTE communicator (LTEM-XA), cellular Verizon LTE communicator (LTEM-XV), dual-path Verizon IP/LTE communicator (LTE-IV) or dual-path high-security Verizon IP/LTE communicator (LTE-HSV) can be installed in premises without TELCO lines. I had to purchase the Vista 20p panel to swap out for my previous system. The install took a while which is expected from a hardwired panel compared to the wireless ones. However, this panel functions great and you guys have it at a great price making the extra work worthwhile!

This 20p panel is really versatile, I had an old hardwired system with 37 zones and worked them all out with the panel. Added an expansion module so that I could categorize my zones better. Everything worked great and Geoarm helped me program it for free since I bought all my equipment from them recently. Overall a great experience
