The Qolsys QR0018-840 is a replacement lithium-ion battery for the IQ Panel (1st Generation). Using state of the art technology this is the smallest battery in the security and smarthome industry, that lasts up to 24 hours. Unlike Li-Ion batteries batteries in typical devices such as your smartphone or tablet, the IQ Panel is typically running on A/C power, which means the battery is only used in an emergency situation. This may dramatically extend your battery life, reducing the need to replace it.
