Service Feature's:
✓ DIY Self-Dispatch Alarm Monitoring.
Do-It-Yourself (DIY) alarm monitoring is when the end-user monitors the security system all by themselves. Instead of relying on a professional security company to monitor the system, you would do it yourself. Using the Alarm.com mobile app or desktop login, the end-user would be responsible for responding to any alarm inititiating event. DIY alarm monitoring is a cost-effective solution for those who prefer to have direct control over their security measures.
✓ Dual-Path Communication.
Instead of using a landline, dual-path communications provides two independent communication paths between your Alarm.com security system and the GeoArm central monitoring station. In this setup, if one communication path fails, the system can switch over to a backup path to ensure that the alarm signal is still transmitted to the monitoring center. This improves the reliability and security of the alarm system by reducing the risk of false alarms or missed alarm signals. The two communication paths are usually provided by two different channels, such as a cellular network and a broadband internet or wifi connection. This technology is more secure and reliable than older methods and ensures that alarms are received by the monitoring center even if the phone lines or internet connection is down.
✓ Alarm Communicator Supervision.
Monitor panel connectivity with daily 24-hour signal supervision included between the control panel and Alarm.com to know when a panel is not responding. You may upgrade to 6-hour and 1-hour signal supervision for more frequent connectivity check ins.

Capture and upload up to a total of 50 motion-activated images per Alarm event, across all image-capturing devices (including panel cameras and image sensors), for up to 10 alarm events per month.
