The Ecobee EB-STATE5P-01 (aka Ecobee4) is a dual-band WiFi smart thermostat with voice control that is compatible with Alarm.com's interactive automation monitoring services. The Ecobee4 SmartThermostat learns and adapts to your schedule to deliver comfort where it counts with the included SmartSensor. Place the SmartSensor in the rooms that matter the most to experience comfort that stays with you. The SmartSensor helps to manage excessively hot or cold spots around your small business or home and saves money on your annual energy costs.
Using the SmartSensor check the temperature in important rooms like the nursery using the Alarm.com app or your favorite voice assistant and adjust for comfort. With Follow Me detection, the SmartSensor automatically adjusts the temperature for energy savings when you leave home and restores your comfort settings when you get back. The SmartThermostat also adjusts automatically for indoor humidity, time-of-use energy prices (when electricity is cheaper and cleaner), and local demand for even more savings.
With the Ecobee4 SmartThermostat you can make hands-free calls anywhere in North America and send messages to friends for free. Listen to your favorite Spotify playlists and podcasts right over the reengineered speaker built-into the SmartThermostat. For high-fidelity sound you can connect and stream to a smart speaker with Bluetooth. The thermostat is good-to-go with most music platforms and supports Spotify Connect, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Pandora, and TuneIn Radio. And, lastly you can control other Alexa-enabled devices with your voice to amplify your voice to make intercom-style announcements.
