  Simple installation and much cheaper than prior service,

I helped my mother-in-law transition from competitor service which she had been with for more than a decade. I purchased and installed a new dual path communicator for them ahead of the activation appt. Geoarm technician was very knowledgeable working through the takeover of the existing Vista 20p panel and reconfigured their delay settings which were oddly set to delay on everything including the windows. Service is working great so far and the monthly cost is considerably cheaper.
