As part of the platform, recorded video is automatically tagged with important events, like a door being accessed or an alarm activation. This allows you to quickly jump to footage of the event using the Alarm.com mobile app or website anytime, anywhere.
The CSVR2000P Pro Series Commercial SVR is a cloud-managed storage solution for 24/7 local video recording. Continuously record up to 16 camera streams at up to 4MP resolution (2688 x 1520) when using Alarm.com Pro Series cameras.

I got my box, then I connected to my cameras and network. Everything went great. Image quality is great on local and remote access, the user interface is easy to use, setup is easy enough for anyone who did not use tech support. I would recommend it if you need an upgrade or just starting with a home surveillance system.
