The 2GIG-GB1E-900 is a wireless, E+ extended range series, glassbreak detector that uses audio sensors that detect the sound of glass breaking. The 2GIG GB1E-900 is fully supervised, tamper-protected, and easy to mount on either a ceiling or wall. With a 360° maximum horizontal sensing angle, the GB1E-900 provides a wider coverage area than any normal door and window sensor.
The GB1E-900 can detect the sound frequency of glass breaking up to 15 feet (4.6m) maximum distance range using a dual-stage technology. This encrypted glassbreak detector communicates with the 2GIG EDGE control panels using the 900 MHz frequency. The 2GIG-GB1E-900 glass break sensor is disguised as a smoke detector to ensure that it will stay hidden from any potential intruders.
