WS15Z5-1 Product Description:


The WS15Z5-1 is a smart wall-mount switch designed to be used with the 2GIG Go!Control panels. With the WS15Z5-1 you can automatically turn on or off any device, saving time and energy. From turning on the coffee maker in the morning so your fresh brew is waiting to the ceiling fan when it gets too hot, the Smart Switch is perfect for small appliances or lights.

  • Compatible with most dimmable LED and incandescent light bulbs
  • Replaceable Decorator trim ring design - available in black, brown and almond
  • Z-Wave Plus


Note to Installers: When installing a Z-Wave 3-Way Light setup utilizing Nortek Security & Control products, you will need a Load Bearing switch (WS15Z-1, WD500Z-1 or WD1000Z-1) and a non-load bearing WT00Z-1. Multiple WT00Z-1 switches can be utilized to control multiple Load Bearing devices. Please refer to this technical bulletin.

I have a 2GIG panel and I wanted to jazz up my alarm system so I've been adding automation devices. I came across the "WS15Z5-1" switch which an innovated product and very easy to install.

I have had several different switches. Many are not that stable in maintaining a connection. This is rock solid. Helps that it is easy to install and attractive. Make sure to check the size of the switch - in some places, mine causes the plate to lift off the wall just a bit. Love these.

I love this product. I needed a way to control the fluorescent lights in my kitchen, I've ordered these units several times. Easy to wire, easy to install on the app, and. I haven't had any failures yet.
