Alula RE118 Product Description:
The Alula RE118 is a wireless flood and temperature sensor that is compatible with GE® and Interlogix® security systems. The RE118 environmental sensor detects flood conditions and reports extreme temperatures.
To enroll the RE118 the flood zone, begin by placing the panel into wireless enrollment mode and removing the battery tabs or tampering the sensor. The freeze and heat zones are disabled by default. To activate and enroll the freeze and heat zones, remove the sensor cover and use a wire or paper clip to short the desired outer terminal to the center terminal. To maximize battery life, only activate the zones being used.
To install the RE118, begin by placing the sensor in the location requiring flood or temperature detection. If desired, the wall clip can be used to secure the sensor. For optional screw mounting, start by removing the wall clip from the sensor's body. Next, secure the clip to a wall, baseboard or cupboard using a #6 screw. Lastly, slide the sensor's body down onto the wall clip until it snaps into place.

Excellent price and overall value. This is a lot cheaper than any other options I've found that have the capability of sending alerts to phones. If their batteries last, this is a fantastic deal for a smart water sensor setup.
