The Resideo Honeywell Home PROWLTOUCHWM is a wall-mount kit intended for use with the ProSeries PROA7, ProSeries PROA7C, ProSeries Canada PROA7CN, ProSeries PROA7PLUS, ProSeries PROA7PLUSC or ProSeries Canada PROA7PLUSCN all-in-one wireless touchscreen control panels.
The PROWLTOUCHWM wall-mount kit provides an aesthetically pleasing way to install the ProSeries PROWLTOUCH wireless touchscreen keypad on any wall. The wall mount kit includes the power supply and mounting screws needed for a professional installation. To begin, choose a desired mounting location for the wireless touchscreen keypad. It is recommended to mount the touchscreen keypad out of direct sunlight and at a proper height for viewing. Next, using the 18 to 22-gauge wires, connect the wires from the 2-terminals on the back of the wall mount to the power supply terminals and observe polarity. The wires can be routed through one of the channels on the wall mount.
Continue the installation by attaching the wall mount plate to the wall using the 2 screws provided. Alternatively the wall mount plate can also be installed directly on an electrical gang box. Align the slots on the back plate with the hooks on the mounting bracked and slide it down until it is secure.
Lastly, align the the slot on the back of the touchscreen above the mounting plate and slide down until it is secure. At this point, the LED's will should illuminate. And, when the touchscreen is removed from the mounting plate the LED's should turn off.
