I connected four wires on my DSC Power1864, called a tech and he worked me into his schedule and called me back in a couple of hours and all had been connected on their end and we ran a quick test and it was done. I was having communication troubles about once or more every week on the landline(residential) and now none at all. No troubles, communicates and life is good!
