Honeywell 5814 Product Description:
The Honeywell 5820L is a wireless micro door and window contact transmitter that is nearly half the size of standard door/window transmitters. It is ideal for ornate door/windows, casements, etc. The 5820L provides a single zone of protection, and installs easily on doors or windows with the included mounting hardware or double-sided adhesive tape. The 5814 provides the perfect solution for difficult to reach places and applications where aesthetics and small size are important.
The transmitter has its own unique serial number permanently assigned during manufacture, which must be entered into the control panel prior to the transmitter's usage. Refer to the control unit's installation instructions for programming details. Note: Enroll 5814 transmitters as "RF" (i.e. supervised RF) Type (mandatory for UL installations). The 5814 is assigned one zone.
