Interlogix 60-873-95 Product Description:
The GE Interlogix 60-873-95 is a wireless glassbreak detector that detects the frequency of broken glass and can protect multiple windows within it's range. If glass is broken, this device will activate your alarm and communicate with GeoArm's Central Station. In the event of an emergency, our professional operators will follow protocol and dispatch your local authorities if needed.
Glassbreak detectors are a second layer of protection in case a criminal breaks a window without tripping the window contact. They should be placed on the wall opposite the windows to get the best coverage. Do not use in rooms with heavy drapes covering the windows. If the room is especially large, mount the detector on the ceiling no more than 20' from the windows. When arming your system in "stay" mode, glassbreak detectors will continue to protect a room when the motion sensors are off.
