DSC EV-DW4955 Product Description:
The EV-DW4955 is a wireless mini door and window alarm contact that communicates to a compatible 433 MHz frequency control panel. Practically unnoticeable once installed, the compactly designed EV-DW4955 wireless mini door and window alarm contact is ideal for tough-to-fit installations and features a generous magnet gap of 5/8" that easily accommodates larger door or window frames.
The EV-DW4955 is designed for dependable case or wall-tamper detection. The wireless door or window alarm contact is designed to send a alarm signal to the security system if either its casing is opened or if it is forcibly removed from a wall. If the security system is armed when this occurs, an alarm will be activated and GeoArm's central station will be notified of the violation.
Significantly smaller than most door or window alarm contacts, the EV-DW4955 is housed within a compact casing that allows it to be used for the tightest-fitting installations. Once installed, the wireless alarm contact is inconspicuous and complements the decor of most homes. It is built with reliable 433 MHz technology and is compatible with all current DSC wireless alarm receivers.
The EV-DW4955 wireless mini door and window alarm contact is perfect for homes that don't want their security system to take away from the natural decor. The small size of the EV-DW4955 helps it blend into the door or window frame better than the larger door or window alarm contacts.
