I was one that waited to the last min to deal with the sunset of 3G. On the recommendation of one of the Geoarm techs I bought and installed a M2M communicator. I got it wired in only to realize it was not communicating. I called Geoarm and they fixed my account on their end and all is good. The hold time was long to get it resolved but my fault for procrastinating because everyone was doing the 3G sunset upgrade at the same despite early warning by Geoarm. They were obviously busy. No complaints about the service I received and would highly recommend Geoarm.
