DSC GS3060 Product Description:
The DSC GS3060 is a universal cellular alarm communicator that connects any existing alarm control panel to the 2G GSM cellular network and reports all alarm signals directly back to GeoArm's central alarm monitoring station. The GS3060 universal alarm communicator sends the alarm signals over the GPRS data channel of the 2G GSM cellular network to ensure reliable alarm communications that are both low-cost and high-speed. As a universal alarm communicator, the GS3060 is compatible with all alarm control panels that communicate using the Contact ID format. A simple 2-wire connection connects the cellular alarm communicator to your existing security system so it can send full event data from your alarm control panel to the central alarm monitoring station.

Make sure you have a standard wall outlet near the installation site of the GS3060 cellular alarm communicator so you can plug in the power supply. The GS3060 also comes equipped with a 24 hour back-up battery so that even in the event of a power outage, your cellular alarm communicator will still be able to communicate with the central alarm monitoring station.
