I recently changed my alarm panel which required switching monitoring services from alarm.net to alarm.com. Working with Ralph from Geoarm made this transition quick and easy. He verified that I was signing up for the correct level of alarm.com monitoring service, handled the configuration of the new panel and answered all my questions. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. The monitoring service itself is exactly what I expected based on Geoarm's description. I'm very satisfied.
