2GIG-WS15Z-1 Product Description:
The 2GIG-WS15Z-1 is a Wall Mount Switch that allows remote ON/OFF control of loads connected to the switch. The WS15Z-1 is easy to wire in place of a standard wall switch. Additionally, the wall mount switch integrates with other Nortek Security and Control Z-Wave enabled products, and can also act as a wireless repeater to ensure that commands intended for another device in the network are received (useful when a device would otherwise be out of radio range).
The four different ways the WS15Z-1 can be setup to respond to ALL ON and ALL OFF commands are: Responds to ALL ON or the ALL OFF command, Responds to ALL OFF command but will not respond to ALL ON command, Responds to ALL ON command but will not respond to ALL OFF command, Responds to ALL ON and the ALL OFF command.
For existing or prewired installation, simply wire the 2GIG- switch in place of a current wall switch. Please note, prior to installation to remember to shut off the power breaker on the zone you are working on, by flipping the lever to the "off" position.
